Warranties

All products are designed to provide the user with a cost effective and durable product.  Unless otherwise stated the standard warranty is a “one year parts and labor” warranty which warrants a product against defects in material and workmanship.  It does not cover damage due to accidents, abuse or normal wear and tear.  Products found to be defective will be replaced or repaired at the factory’s discretion.

Exceptions:
 

1. ValueLite retractor banner stand and the ValueLite stationary banner display are high value products that will work for your event, but due to the nature of the product, it is not guaranteed for more than one event.
    
2. The Arise and Ellipse pop-up display frames are backed up by a LIFETIME FRAME WARRANTY.  Other components in this system are are covered by our standard one year warranty.
